Well the Craziness never ends! Thanks goodness its a good crazy! Ya’ll get ready, because Ennovative is moving again! I know, I know…….. But we are out growing the space that we moved into this time last year and that’s a good thing. Billy and I have been looking for just the right space to help keep our overflow inventory down but give us enough room to expand in the future. We are so very excited about what the future holds for Ennovative.
We should be in our new space by the first week in December! Just in time for me to put a tree up! Then we plan on conducting some interviews so please keep an eye on this page for an update on the positions we ill be looking to fill and when.
There is more information that I am just dying to tell you all about, but we can’t let the cat out of the bag just yet, but there are big things coming.

The energy that has been buzzing around the offices of Ennovative Millwork over the last several months has been absolute CRAZY! There have been so many changes over the past year two years. Ennovative has gone through a rough time, but with the dedication of the amazing team here at Ennovative, we have come out on top.
Although some of the changes were tough, everything happens for a reason, and we have to use those changes and turn them into positives.? With that being said there has been some ownership shifts. In February of this year, I bought Shane out of the business during our divorce. The previous 6 months made me realize that if I was going to not only keep Ennovative going, but make her grow, I needed to add someone, who’s strengths were my weaknesses! So the negotiations had begun, long before the buyout was complete.
I am so very proud to announce that my new partner is Billy Webb. This has been a great step in helping this company move forward. Billy has taken over the Project Management side of the business and handling the Field Operations. I am confident that his passion, experience and dedication will be invaluable in helping Ennovative become the best once again!
Billy has literally grown up in this business. His father, was selling turn-key doors and trim 30 years ago and continued to do so up until his passing just a few short years ago. Billy learned a lot from watching his father. He ran his own trim crew for many years as well as assisted in his father in the running of his business for many years and has made a name for himself within our industry.
